QBay Center

QBay provides workspaces to startups and growing companies, with a focus on high-tech industries such as Biology and Health. The incubator aims to attract startups, remote workers, and freelancers by providing workplaces with open areas that can accommodate both shared environments and dedicated workstations.

This multi-floor building has a variety of amenities for its workers. The floorplan includes fully-equipped shared spaces, private offices for 5-50 people, roadshow lobby for up to 100 people, and meeting rooms. A common space was furnished with a cafeteria, coffee break area, outdoor leisure area. Phone booths were placed throughout the space for employees in need of a quiet break from the open office. Over ten meeting rooms of varying sizes are equipped with a whiteboard, projector, remote video system.
