Platform Insurance embarked on a new office transformation project in the iconic TD Canada Trust Tower located at 161 Bay Street, Toronto. The installation of 345 lineal feet of demountable partitions played a crucial role in achieving this transformation. The demountable partitions were selected based on the unique acoustical requirements of each room, ensuring a tailored approach to sound management and privacy.

In spaces demanding enhanced sound insulation and privacy, the Focus Dual Glazed partitions were implemented. These partitions strike a balance between transparency and acoustic performance, creating distinct yet connected work zones.

Chosen for areas requiring transparency and an open feel, TekVue's single-glazed design allowed for the seamless integration of natural light, contributing to an airy and inviting atmosphere.

Utilized in the large boardroom, the Altos Solid Microperforated Fascia served a dual purpose. In addition to contributing to superior sound control and privacy, it was instrumental in mounting TVs and a credenza.

The successful collaboration between Platform Insurance, Oxford, Arcadis, and Vestacon resulted in a transformed office space that perfectly encapsulates the company's vision. The strategically installed demountable partitions contribute to an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
