Colliers International, a Canada-based diversified professional services and investment management company known informally as just "Colliers", consolidated two smaller offices into a single, more prominent location for enhanced operational efficiency and a more centralized workspace.
The Collective's Toronto account management team worked alongside Britacan to create an innovative, open, and dynamic workspace to meet the modern working needs of Colliers employees.
The office and workstation interiors were thoughtfully tailored to accommodate Collier's compact footprint while maximizing efficient storage solutions. Colliers Project Leaders provided project management for the office consolidation, ensuring the project was finalized on time and below budget.
This project involved a comprehensive interior transformation, incorporating Teknion Altos demising walls, Tekvue Office Fronts, and a full package of interior furnishings.
The Collective procured and supplied furniture for 18 private offices, 13 meeting rooms, reception, lunchroom, 41 workstations, and two collaboration areas. The Collective's design team consolidated a variety of brands to meet Collier's budget and office aesthetic, including Teknion, Humanscale, Spec, Global, and Loll Designs. Teknion modular cabinets were installed in the print room to upgrade the back office's aesthetic and organization.
