Stantec

Stantec, an international design and consulting services company, relocated to a new location in Sacramento to combine multiple offices and disciplines. The Collective and the designers at Stantec settled on a hospitality-inspired look and feel with wood tones and bright, flexible, open community spaces for employees to engage.

Stantec and The Collective furnished an open plan with 60% height adjustable workstations, zero private offices, and several small task and huddle rooms scattered throughout the floorplan. A highly custom area Stantec refers to as the "Nest" was created in collaboration with Stantec's designers for employees to hold team meetings and de-stress.
