The Collective worked along with Seneca College to furnish the new Magna Hall building for their King Campus. The new 200,000 sq ft facility will help accommodate up to 1,500 students, allowing for the anticipated increasing enrollment of Students at Seneca’s King Campus, which is currently the only post-secondary educational institution in York Region.

The project targeted LEED Gold and expanded the campus’ facilities with 25 new classrooms, as well as computer labs, specialty labs for training, a library, learning commons, student study space, a new student area with a multipurpose athletic and recreation space, gymnasium, fitness centre, informal study areas, and event spaces. The project allows Seneca to expand its range of health, community service and public safety programs while enhancing the quality of student learning and campus life.

The Collective takes pride partnering with Seneca College to create spaces that creates future leaders and community builders in health sciences, public safety, community services, early childhood education and more.
