The Collective’s Toronto team collaborated with US-based Teknion Dealer Officeworks Inc., who recently managed a Fortune 500 Company’s office expansion in Canada. This project was a consolidation of the client’s three facilities in Mississauga into one large state of the art head office consisting of two buildings – A & B. The delivery and installation occurred over the course of five phases, where four stages consisted of Teknion furniture and a single stage for all ancillary furniture. The project represents an unprecedented collaboration between two Teknion furniture dealers across the United States and Canada to bring this project to life.
The Collective managed the overall planning and execution of this project which consisted of 318 Teknion District Systems Workstations with height adjustable tables, Infinity Screens, and Leverage Storage.
Teknion Workshop meeting tables, Expansion Training Tables, and a variety of task and stacking chairs were used in the meeting, boardrooms, and training rooms. Other Teknion furniture statement pieces are scattered throughout the amenity space, quiet zones, cafeterias, coffee bars, and outdoor patio space.

The client’s design aesthetic required a mixture of brands in collaboration areas, including Teknion Zones, Studio TK, Nevis, Bernhardt, and Svend Nielsen. The custom banquettes by RFP Design in kitchenette areas complimented different wall decors and a pop of colors in soft seating seen throughout the space.
