Our team had the privilege of partnering with a Cadence Design Systems to embark on 82,000 square feet interiors refresh for their office San Jose, California. This project marked the latest chapter in our 25-year collaboration with the client, extending our tradition of crafting cutting-edge office environments across the United States.

The client wanted to refresh their furniture, with pieces dating back to our original installation 15 years ago. Our primary task was to remove old furniture and usher in a new era of workspace design that aligned with the client's dynamic, technology-driven ethos.

We executed a comprehensive transformation, meticulously selecting and installing furniture from renowned manufacturer Teknion. This involved providing 113 panel workstations, 67 private offices, 23 conference rooms, and even a state-of-the-art recording studio. Beyond furniture, we took a holistic approach to space planning, creating fresh collaborative areas and integrating essential accessories and furniture throughout the building.

Our choice of furniture was pivotal in achieving the desired look and functionality. Teknion supplied the workstations, private offices, and conference rooms, while brands like Studio TK, Martin Brattrud, Hightower, and OFS contributed to the collaborative spaces. The result was a fusion of quality, style, and versatility.

The design concept embraced openness and functionality. We introduced abundant greenery and planters, harmonizing with light wood accents. This not only created a vibrant and inviting ambiance but also reinforced the company's commitment to sustainability. The space now caters to employees' diverse needs, offering dedicated areas for focused work, social interactions, and seamless collaboration.
