"BCCI Construction Company wanted its new office headquarters to be reflective of the firm’s culture and passion for building. The intent was to design an open work setting that creates an inviting environment to support team collaboration and also to include quiet spaces for focused work. In addition, the workplace was designed to meet the LEED v4 requirements for Silver certification and to support the seven concepts of the new WELL Building Standard: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Fitness, Comfort, and Mind for WELL certification.

In a short period of time, The Collective and the design team helped to create a crisp, clean work environment. This environment is functional to BCCI employee's everyday work tasks and also promotes health and wellness for those who work out of this San Francisco location."
