Code of Sustainable Conduct

This Code reflects The Collective’s commitment to sustainability. Through our activities, we act responsibly and work to make a positive contribution to the environment and to the communities where we operate. This Code sets out how we work to achieve support for our activities through responsible social, economic and environmental performance.

Any serious concerns that an employee or client has about our service or the conduct of employees or leaders employed by The Collective can be reported by filling out the following form. Your concern can be sent anonymously if desired and it will be promptly reviewed by the President and Human Resources.
