Singular Genomics
Biotech firm Singular Genomics Systems, Inc. selected The Collective as the exclusive furniture partner for their new interior buildout. The Collective collaborated closely with DGA Architects on the furniture design, layout, specifications, and fabric/finish selection.
The immense FF&E package included c-suite offices, boardrooms, workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, collaboration space, eateries and coffee/work zones, surf and shower rooms, and quiet rooms.
Many of the furniture and decorations provided by The Collective's Project Management and Ancillary Curation team were custom-made. The Collective designed and sourced a local wood fabricator to build a custom wood slab boardroom table featuring a glass "river" and welded steel bases. The Collective commissioned a local artist to provide custom-framed paintings in the game room and executive phone room, as well as other custom wall art throughout the space.
The Collective also hired and collaborated with a local plant vendor to provide custom planters that complemented the interiors with tropical plantings.
And finally, the ancillary curation team sourced accessories and décor to polish off the space. The Collective was an integral player in the construction and design project team to deliver an A+ space to the client!
